Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want to be straightforward about how refunds and cancellations work. Design is a service — once work has started, that time cannot be recovered. This policy exists to be fair to both sides.
When work begins
Work begins the moment you submit your brand brief through the client dashboard. From that point, your project slot is committed and design work is underway.
Before the brief is submitted
If you have paid but have not yet submitted your brand brief, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of your payment. To do so, email us at hey@zolwiz.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [your name]".
If more than 48 hours have passed since payment but you have still not submitted your brief, a cancellation fee of 10% of the project value applies to cover administrative and payment processing costs. The remainder will be refunded.
After the brief is submitted
Once you have submitted your brief and work has begun, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the creative direction.
Design is inherently subjective. If you are unhappy with the initial concepts, that is exactly what the revision rounds are for — use them. If you need more rounds than your package includes, additional revision rounds are available as a paid add-on.
Partial delivery by Zolwiz
If Zolwiz is unable to complete a project due to circumstances on our end — such as unforeseen operational issues — we will issue a pro-rated refund for any deliverables not yet completed. We will notify you promptly if this situation arises and work with you to find a resolution.
Cancellation by Zolwiz
Zolwiz reserves the right to cancel a project and issue a full refund if we determine that we are unable to deliver to the standard required — for example, if the brief contains content that is unlawful or that we are not equipped to design for. We will communicate this clearly and process the full refund promptly.
Duplicate payments
If a duplicate payment is made in error, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full. Contact us at hey@zolwiz.com as soon as you notice the duplicate charge and we will resolve it immediately.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay. Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Razorpay's payment processing fees may not be recoverable in all cases. Where we have discretion, we will absorb these costs rather than pass them on to you.
How to request a refund
Email hey@zolwiz.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [your name]". Include your order details and a brief explanation. We will respond within 2 business days.
