Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of zolwiz.com and any services purchased through it. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase a package.

Who we are

Zolwiz is an async branding studio operated by Zolwiz Labs (OPC) Private Limited, a company incorporated in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. References to "Zolwiz", "we", "us", or "our" throughout this document refer to Zolwiz Labs (OPC) Private Limited. You can reach us at hey@zolwiz.com.

Services

Zolwiz offers fixed-price brand identity design packages — Mark (logo only), Identity (core brand), and Identity + Packaging — along with optional add-ons. All work is delivered fully asynchronously: no calls, no meetings. Communication, brief submission, file delivery, and feedback all happen through the Zolwiz client dashboard.

The specific deliverables included in each package are listed on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Zolwiz reserves the right to update its service offerings, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment

Full payment is required upfront before work begins. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices are listed in both Indian Rupees (INR) and US Dollars (USD). The currency and amount you pay at checkout are final — no additional charges will be made without your explicit consent.

By completing payment, you authorise Razorpay to process the transaction on our behalf. Zolwiz does not store your card details or banking information.

Project process

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive access to your client dashboard. The project proceeds as follows:

1. You submit your brand brief through the dashboard.
2. Zolwiz reviews your brief and begins design work. We will notify you when concepts are ready for review.
3. You review the concepts, watch any walkthrough video provided, and submit your feedback through the dashboard.
4. Zolwiz incorporates your feedback and delivers the next round of concepts, or proceeds to final file delivery if all rounds have been used.
5. Final files are delivered through the dashboard for download.

Revision rounds

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated on the pricing page. A revision round consists of you submitting structured feedback and Zolwiz incorporating that feedback into the next iteration.

Once all included rounds have been used, the project proceeds to final delivery. Additional revision rounds are available as a paid add-on. Requesting changes outside the revision round process, or after final delivery, is considered out of scope.

Scope of work

Work is scoped to the deliverables listed in the package you purchased at the time of purchase. Requests for deliverables not included in your package — such as additional logo variants, extra collateral, or additional concepts — require a separate purchase.

Zolwiz will not begin work that falls outside the agreed scope without written confirmation of the additional fee.

Timelines

Zolwiz will make reasonable efforts to meet any stated delivery timelines. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors including (but not limited to) the volume of active projects, brief complexity, or delays on the client's side.

If you delay submitting your brief or feedback, the timeline will shift accordingly. Zolwiz will not be held liable for delays that result from client-side inaction.

Intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment and completion of the project, you own all rights to the final delivered files. You may use, reproduce, and modify them for any lawful purpose without restriction.

Zolwiz retains ownership of all creative concepts, drafts, and directions not selected by you. These remain the intellectual property of Zolwiz Labs (OPC) Private Limited and may not be used by you in any form.

Zolwiz reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, and promotional materials. If you would prefer your project not to be shown publicly, please notify us in writing at hey@zolwiz.com and we will respect that request.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information in your brand brief. Zolwiz is not liable for work produced based on incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading brief information.

You are responsible for responding to design reviews within a reasonable timeframe. Extended periods of inactivity (more than 30 days without response) may result in the project being paused or closed.

You warrant that any reference materials, logos, or assets you provide do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Limitation of liability

Zolwiz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the amount you paid for that project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at zolwiz.com/terms. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
